Can't sleep

I'm pumped on painkillers which don't help the least bit and make me feel like I'm going to shit my pants.
Also, my back hurts like crazy and I'm suspecting it's not my back. I dunno. I have a test tomorrow but if I don't sleep now I'll get less than 5 hours of sleep and I'll die and. Ow. It hurts so bad.

I want to die, please.
