So I'm just gonna tell you about my recent weightloss. Been working out for the last few weeks and I lost 5.5 pounds. Now, that isn't much, but for me it's awesomely awesomely much. And all the while I've been eating normally, just for once actually distinguishing between real hunger and just desire to eat.
I feel awesome! It's like my skin has gotten better, I feel healthier and my body feels firmer. (Y'know, I do have to admit that I've gotten a nice backside, heh.)
Although, I'm still a little bit depressed. Argh. It's been too long.
