But it works now, so you get the real deal of my three awesome, wonderfully quirky days in Vienna!
The train journey was okay, nothing really spectacular happened (going back was more interesting, but I'll talk about that later.) We'd heard of the hostel we'd live in beforehand, so we were all a bit shocked and afraid of what it'd be like. Just imagine the toilet down the hall and shared showers. And an old monastery. Well, as it turned out it was really quite okay, the rooms were pretty, the showers weren't a problem and I didn't use those toilets so often anyways.
We then went and had a city-rallye, wandering the 1st ward and answering questions. Before that, we went shopping in Mariahilferstraße. Guess what I bought? Yes, nailpolish. Six, to be correct, and I got me one of those scented ones. Smells DELICIOUS.
Then we got back to the hostel, were able to shower and had some freetime.
And also, lacque my nails. |
The second day, we woke up early and went down to have breakfast, which was really a surprise, because I'd have thought it to be rather sparse, but it was really diverse and tasty!

Zoo. |
Fortunately though, my friend Jana and I decided to ride the Ferris Wheel. It was truly magnificent!
The last day started with a visit to the parliament, which was pretty interesting because we had the luck and got to see all of the delegates. Even though usually I don't care about politics, it was actually not boring and I enjoyed sitting there for one and a half hours. Afterwards we got a guided tour through the house, which let many funny situations arise, simply because our guide was..let's say, not unattractive, well, I didn't like him as much as my teachers and some friends did, but he certainly wasn't ugly.
We went shopping before we started the travel back, where I bought something from a LUSH-store. God, I love it!
Then, the awesomely funny trip back. Haha. We spent 1/2 of the time talking about the guide, with our teachers' involvement, laughing like weird, weird people. Good times, and my teachers are my new idols now. (Can you imagine your - usually funny, too, but not in this way - History teacher saying 'I wouldn't push him out of bed'? Awesome.)
Well yes, that was it. Cool days. I miss it already, it's always so harmonic and fun, being with all your classmates outside of regular school. But there's Rome next year and England the year after (I'm gonna stay there, I'm telling you!) and I'm looking forward to it!

Dorks in action, hell yeah! |
About Kate (sorry, Catherine) and William's wedding: I said I was annoyed by it, but I loved watching it. Made a video about it. Go and watch it!

Wooow I'm glad you had such a good time!
Haha your history teacher's badass XD And YES COME TO ENGLAND AND STAY HERE. PREFERABLY LONDON. NEVER LEAVE MWHAAHA
And the video... hahaha did you sing the 'under the blanket time' song? That was hilarious XD I thought it was a real song until the typical Su-roar at the end. Nice video XDD
Thanks!
Well, I think we're staying at a host family for the first few days and then we go to London. (It'll be shopping-hell for me!) AND GIMME A NICE GUY WITH A COCKNEY-ACCENT ANY DAY!
It's 'Under the Bridge' by RHCP, please don't tell me you know it?
Thank you again :D
Hmm... I guess I sound... sort of cockney...
But sort of isn't the real deal, you know :D
And you have to have curly hair and a sorta wider nose and your name has to be PERSON.
Do tell me, are there a lot of good-looking girls in London? (Just to..console myself/crush my self-esteem?)
There are good-looking girls everywhere, and you're one of them
But then again they might be more attractive in London, and SOME PERSON might just fall in love and ignore me even more. (Excuse me, but it's been almost three weeks that I've seen him and I know that afterwards won't make much difference but it's just seeing him that makes me happy and content.)
Thank you, even though he doesn't care in the least bit. :/
I guess sometimes we can't always have the person we want... it's harsh, but it's true, I'm sorry. I'm sure he still cares though.
The girls here aren't gonna be necessarily more attractive, there are different types of girls all over the world. Try not to worry too much about that
Sometimes? It's the first damn person I've ever wanted so much. What does that tell me? That I'm doomed to live a relationship-ly unhappy life? Great.
It's all I ever worry about these days! You can guess who cries themselves to sleep each night. Worrying is my main thought. Alas, I'm gonna end as an old woman with 15 cats.
Couldn't help laughing at the last line XD That aside, that's NOT true! It usually IS the first person that we don't get. It's happened more than once for me, too. Believe me, you'll be with someone soon enough, and you'll be so happy with him (or her ;D). Trust meeeeee, cheer up ^^
But I know that he's a person I'm never going to forget, no matter what. And if I meet him in 20 years, I'll still be as much in love as now.
It just hurts somehow. That doesn't feel good. Not at all.
I can't cheer up, you know, I miss him more than my mum when she's away. In fact, I don't miss her in the least when she's away, but him? Just lemme tell you that I'm cranky and shouting at everybody and sad.
I'm pretty sure you won't be feeling this way in 20 years, but I guess I won't convince you. I just hope you feel better about it soon. And hey, maybe try talking to him about it just to make sure, if you can
Oh, I know I will. Well, of course rather subconsciously, but just imagine what'd happen if I accidentally met him in a few years. Bam, it'd all be back.
And that's of no use, he doesn't really talk to me. At least he said 'Hello' on his own this morning, made me quite happy.
I think you'll be surprised how much things are gonna change
