It was an awesome time.
I texted Andy, a really nice (but awesomely weird) guy from my school throughout the whole week, and I think I'm overusing awesome a bit, huh?
I've never laughed so much in my whole life.
On Sunday I didn't think it would be great, but in the end it turned out to be one of the funniest weeks ever!
I'll tell you what happened on every day, starting with Sunday of course.
The heat was really unbearable and -typical for our school- the organization went BLAM and most of us didn't get a seat for an hour. When I finally got one, I was stinky, annoyed and surrounded by loud kids from the other classes. I think it took like 5 hours to get there, but it worth the wait (and annoyage.)
Our apartment was really beautiful and fortunately I got one of the two single beds. We had dinner soon afterwards which was Leberkäse with potatoes, swimming in fat. But it was tasty. One of the teachers that came along with us ruined the day for me. We all had to run every morning and had to go to bed at 10 pm.
Waking up on Monday was horrible because I suffered a big panic attack (which I always do in new situations which seem scary at first), but the day turned out to be wonderful. The running was okay because we could walk if we wanted to, the food was really good, tennis and kayak were fun and all in all the week didn't seem to be that bad. Elvira injured her foot because she got shoved into the water and cut open her leg on the ladder-thing. In the evening, Mona celebrated her birthday, but Jana and I didn't want all the ruckus so we went into our room and made dancing videos. They're awesome, really!
On Tuesday I started to get used to the sports and everything, but in tennis we got joined by some stupid kids from another school which were really rude even though they had never seen us before. I spent the free time sleeping, but the teacher I spoke of before then said it wasnt permitted to stay in the rooms anymore. I got really angry and spent the rest of the evening in my bed, feeling a bit ill and having a sore throat.
On Wednesday, I decided to go to the lake and just try sleeping, but then the other school had aerobics, and my teacher (the nice one), joined them, so a friend wanted to too, but not without me. I went with her and after 5 minutes she left me alone with my teacher, but it was great fun. The instructor was like UUNF. I've never seen such a great body and a guy that has HIPS. Guys usually aren't really able to dance. :)
In the afternoon I stayed in the room because Elvira, DJ and I had gotten to talking about sex, which was a load of fun.
Unfortunately the evening would be remembered as a big shock for all of us because Maggie had gotten a sunstroke and collapsed, screaming and shaking and being really hysterical for half an hour. She is alright again and was already later that evening, but all of us couldn't really laugh or talk or anything afterwards.
Thursday was our last real day there, and I didn't do aerobics, I just looked at the instructor and swooned about him while Steve sat beside me and just said 'Oh.' 'Yes.' and this stuff.
Kayak ended with the most hilarious thing in my life because DJ ran to me afterwards, whispering 'I just saw his dick when he got up.' I was saying something like 'The real deal or just a silhouette?'. Turns out she really saw his 51-year-old thing. I almost peed myself laughing and couldn't stop making jokes for two hours. He always said 'Easy Cheesy', adding it to stuff and making us laugh, with his really high-pitched voice. I almost drowned while swimming because I just couldn't stop laughing. DJ seemed to be pissed about it. I even had troubles eating because I found the subject so hilarious when that guy walked by.
We had a big campfire afterwards, but everybody just stayed within his group of friends until ten pm, when most of them left and there were just a few people of my class and one of another class left. We sang Heal the World, and it was like magical.
Yesterday we travelled home, staying in Villach for two hours. I ate the best Dürüm ever and bought some chocolate stuff from Billa, which I will be getting out of the fridge soon and eating.
In the train we held the pages from Bravo! on which the naked people are out of the window and then left it lying facing down on one of the baggage holders.
When I arrived at home it was REALLY hot and it didn't get cooler until now. I even watched the two football games, but I got frustrated. Not scoring a single goal in 90 minutes? Way to go, France and Uruguay.
